Just last year Jordan wrote his first feature film, , with Keegan-Michael Key. The film was about friends who hatch a plot to retrieve a stolen kitten by posing as drug dealers for a street gang.

Actor Daniel Kaluuya, who plays the main boyfriend in the film, has had several appearances in feature films before: Sicario, , Welcome to the Punch and Johnny English Reborn.
Upon immediately knowing that Get Out is written and directed by comedian Jordan Peele you get ready for a funny movie. While watching this trailer I kept waiting for the film to take a turn to the spoof direction, but it never turns. The trailer keeps getting darker and darker.

I must say that Jordan has a very unique film story here. I have not seen anything like this and I am still trying to wrap my head around what I just saw. This film seems out there and a bit slow for my liking. I think there will be people out there who may be excited to see this, but I am not one and will most likely skip this one.
