I could spend days scrawling through Jason Momoa’s Instagram account and gawping over his ridiculous physique through the countless workout vids this Hawaiian god posts on the regular, but today it’s his IMDB page that’s the victim of my creepin’.

It’s been four long years since Jason Momoa was smothered to death by Daenerys Targaryen in HBO’s Game of Thrones and lordy has this boy been busy. Below you’ll find a comprehensive list of all his upcoming projects, with synopsis, characters and accompanying cast, where applicable. Enjoy!

The Crow

  • Character: Eric Draven/The Crow (rumored)

The history of this cult comic series is a rather convoluted one to say the least. The ’94 adaptation was overshadowed by the death of Brandon Lee who was killed by a defective blank with only eight days of shooting left. Since 2008 countless attempts to reboot the series have seen Hollywood stars like Bradley Cooper, Tom Hiddleson and Channing Tatum eyed for the role, however announced yesterday (09.11.16) that Momoa on board to finally get the project off the ground.

If rumors are to be believed, Momoa will play Eric Draven a.k.a The Crow, a rock musician resurrected one year after his death to seek revenge on those who murdered him and his fiancé.

A picture posted to Instagram earlier this week showing Momoa alongside director Corin Hardy further suggests that this project is a goer:

Frontier (TV Series)

  • Character: Declan Harp
  • Who else stars? Diana Bentley, Breanne Hill, Jessica Matten

This six-episode Netflix Original drama centers around the North American fur industry in the 18th century and examine the troublesome relationships between Native tribes and Europeans, which notoriously led to gruesome battles. Often, disputes were settled by hatchet fights. HATCHET FIGHTS. So expect it to be quite graphic and bloody. Momoa’s character has been described as:

“An ambitious, confident, charismatic and untamed man with a reputation for being a ruthless trader, driven by lust and revenge.”

Sounds pretty bloody brilliant.

Going Under

  • Character: Spider

A directorial debut from the Cullen brothers (the duo behind multiple primetime hits like NBC’s Heist and Lucky for FX) Going Under is a comedy revolving around a private detective whose dog is pinched by a gang and the gang leader forcing him to work a few jobs before giving his pooch back. Sounds ridiculous, brilliantly ridiculous. Momoa, of course, plays the dog-nabbing gang leader.

  • Character: Joe Braven
  • Who else stars? Stephen Lang, Garret Dillahunt, Zahn McClarnon

A movie about a humble logger — played by Momoa — residing on the Canadian border, living a quiet existence until his world is tipped upside down by a group of dangerous drug runners and must now do everything in his power to protect his family.

Justice League

  • Character: Aquaman
  • Who else stars? Jared Leto (rumored), Gal Gadot, Henry Cavill, Ben Affleck

A one-stop-shop to seriously get your superhero goodies, Justice League is set to be DCEU’s block buster banger. Centered around Bruce Wayne (and his renewed faith in humanity) as he enlists the help of a carefully selected dream team that includes Momoa as Aquaman, Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman and first looks at Ray Fisher as Cyborg and Ezra Miller as the Flash.

When Warner Bros. dropped the movie’s sizzle reel at San Diego Comic Con last month, ladies and gentlemen (and fish, probably) around the globe literally lost their shit — it looks all kinds of awesome.

And by watching Movie Pilot’s comprehensive break down below, you’ll understand why:

Jason Momoa is Aquaman

  • Character: Aquaman
  • Who else stars? Amber Heard, Michael Kenneth Williams, Willem Dafoe

Shortly after the release of Justice League, our fishy friend with bonkers biceps returns to helm his very own title within the DCEU: Aquaman. While details of the plot are still very much under wraps, director James Wan did give a few hints in an interview with as to what we can expect from the defender of the Seven Seas:

“I love the idea of underwater speaking but with a real sort of sonic, aquatic quality to it. So there’s this sort of aquatic, almost sonar/whale thing. Even though it’s in a human language, there’s this slight sort of underlay to it, this ping to it, which I think would be interesting for us to design from a sound design perspective. Yeah, it will be fun. Also, Zack has some ideas that he’ll be doing in Justice League.”

TBH, I’m just looking for a whole movie filled with:
