Netflix’s July Releases Take Us Back To The ’80s

As much as Netflix is a utopian dreamland, bursting at the seams with gigabyte after gigabyte of viewing goodness, some of the content available changes like the weather. But while that means occasionally we miss out on content, it also means viewers also get frequent exciting additions.

The Netflix new releases for July take a bow to the franchise, with not one, but two ’80s classic series added in for your viewing pleasure. If my calculations are correct, sci-fi fans, and cinema fans in general, will be delighted to see the entire Back to the Future series added.

Plenty Of Action For The Buddy Cop Genre

Furthermore, Richard Donner’s , Lethal Weapon, will spoil you with eight hours of Mel Gibson and Danny Glover being effortlessly brilliant across all four movies, from the 1987 original to Lethal Weapon 4 in 1998.

Those looking for more in the crime-action genre will also be treated to Bad Boys II (2003), plus Beverly Hills Cop (1984) and Beverly Hills Cop II (1987). Still want more action?! Well, joining in July will also be Blade II (2002) and Ron Howard’s Cinderella Man (2005).
